for the first time in a long long long time....i spent an ENTIRE saturday at home. no going out, no meeting people, no worship practice....cos...I SPRAINED my leg haha...
it's one of those "i knew it was going to happen" kind of thing...
overall though, it's be a rather cool week. since the last sunday.
sunday was good, felt i improved, though can definately do much better. But God does His thing anyway ;)
rehearsal for the clear project on wed went well, super encouraged by everyone's positive attitude.
we launched PROJECT SHINE finally going out into the community to bless them. at work, its getting busy too with all the BAU stuff..overall its been getting busy...
BBQ was great, simple and good time of fellowship...although i think more time was spent on photo-taking!
some people think carefully before committing to anything...i commit to everything and anything related with God or church, then i start thinking about how to handle...so it ends up with late nights, little sleep, little time with matilda, almost ZERO time with family....
so eventually i get so exhausted that i fall asleep at the coffeeshop while waiting for the beehoon and otah....then the "ACT of God" comes"....tah da...i sprain my ankle while trying to stop a ball that was going out anyway! haha....anyway thanks to Mr Chin and Mr Ong for taking the trouble to send me home!
more or less i've been getting the signals to tone down...both in speech and in time....so i'll heed them for now...slowness is difficult for people who like to move...i'd rather take a longer route that has no traffic lights cos can speed, then to take the shorter route that "seems" slower....
at the end, it's not how fast we move to get things done, but just a matter of keeping in step with the Holy Spirit...watching the step and timing from Him and not rushing ahead cos i can...
so bottomline - refocus, narrow it down to the really impt things and do those!
tomorrow is Easter - day of miracles. Jesus rose, broke the chains! Salvation is coming strong!
